• ArtSloth is a digital magazine and creative platform providing monthly releases, access to past issues, premium articles, artist opportunities, and resources.

• All services are delivered digitally. Print editions have not yet been made available.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled and are handled through Razorpay.

• Pricing and plan details are available on our subscription page. We may update pricing in the future with prior notice.

• Activation of Digital Magazine: Your digital subscription will be activated the moment ArtSloth receives your payment confirmation.

• Subscription Activation Mail: On successful payment, You will receive an e-mail (please do check the spam folder in your registered mailbox) from ArtSloth.

• Latest Issues: The latest issue of the digital magazine will be uploaded post the magazine launch date and the subscriber will notified of the same via newsletter.

Use of Content

• Content on ArtSloth is for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the magazine or website without written permission.

• Contributors and artists retain copyright to their work, ArtSloth is given a non-exclusive right to publish it across our platforms and publications.

User Conduct

We expect respectful engagement. Content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on rights of others will be removed, and accounts may be terminated.

We strive for smooth access, but ArtSloth is not liable for technical issues beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
