Welcome to ArtSloth. ArtSloth is a free to use, independent, artist-run publication. There are no subscriptions, no paywalls, and no fees to access any part of the platform.
By accessing or using our website (www.artsloth.in) and digital magazine, you agree to follow these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy. These terms exist to keep the space safe, respectful, and clear for everyone.
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll post them here. Your continued use of ArtSloth means you accept those updates.

What ArtSloth Is
ArtSloth is a digital magazine and creative platform. We publish periodic releases of the ArtSloth magazine, maintain an archive of past issues and artist interviews, publish articles and essays, and host open calls and submission opportunities for artists, writers, and collaborators. All content is free to read. All submissions and opportunities are free to enter.
Use of Content
Content on ArtSloth is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the magazine, website, or archive without written permission from ArtSloth.
Contributors and artists retain full copyright to their submitted work. By submitting to ArtSloth, contributors grant ArtSloth a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to publish, display, and archive their work across our platforms and publications. This does not transfer ownership and does not prevent contributors from publishing their work elsewhere.
Submissions and Open Calls
All submissions to ArtSloth are free. ArtSloth does not charge entry fees at any stage. Submitting your work does not guarantee publication. ArtSloth reserves the right to select, edit, and schedule content at its discretion. We will always credit artists and contributors for published work. By submitting, you confirm that the work is your own and that you have the right to share it with us.
Supporting ArtSloth
ArtSloth accepts voluntary financial contributions through its Support page via Razorpay and PayPal. These are contributions only, they do not purchase goods, services, subscriptions, or preferential access of any kind. Refund terms for donations are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
User Conduct
We expect respectful engagement with the platform and the community it represents. Any content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others will be removed. ArtSloth reserves the right to decline or remove submissions at its discretion.
Disclaimer and Liability
ArtSloth is provided as-is. We work hard to keep the platform running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. ArtSloth is not liable for technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
